If it concerns a regional alarm or an alarm associated with a maintenance contract, then your alarm is forwarded directly to one of our technicians. This person will contact you within a few minutes. Together, you'll come to clear agreements about the price, conditions and required moment. You hold the reins and decide yourself what will happen and when.
Is it a major problem if a door remains open during a malfunction? Then we'll make an agreement with a response restore clause. This means that a qualified technician is present on your premises (response) within a previously defined timespan. And that the malfunction is resolved (restored) to an acceptable level within a previously determined timespan, so that the situation is returned to security.
